One of Soho's strict "neutral" zones, Water Street might not have all the flash of Ho and Carnical Streets, or the endless hostels of Water Street, but it's one of the safest places in Soho for anyone of any race or background on top of having some excellent nightlife venues.

Basic Soho Information
Prominent Ethnic Groups: humans, halfies, truebloods

Prominent Occupations: none, theieves, entertainers. buskers, bar owners and staff, small business owners and staff
Local Gangs: Bloods, Pack, Rune Lords, Dead Warlocks, Thunderbirds

Street Information

Digger safehouses are open to any race, faith or identity
provided that the House rules are followed: no gangs, no
drugs, no weapons and everyone helps cooks and clean.
Additional Digger houses are located on Plum and Carmine
Streets. As long as they stay out of conflicts, they are
protected from gang interference by street law.

A primarily male shelter open to all races and located down
the street from the Digger house. Like other non-Digger
hostels, the Men's Shelter is not under the protection of street
law,but they also don't have to follow the strict neutrality
and communal rules that the Diggers have in place.

Low-budget, big dream theater at it's finest. Without fully
functional cameras or electronic devices, the Changeling
Theater thrives on the old art of stage and paper plays.
Their version of "Peter Pan" is exceptional.

No, we don't understand the name, either, but this club,
built out of an old fire station basement is an eclectic,
but fun time. Asian Fusion and elfin hip-hop ("hippity hop")
are the genres of choice and every Tuesday is LGBT night.

When kids from Downtown (Soho, Parkville, Letterville,
Tintown, Dogtown, Riverside and occasionally Dragontown,
El Barrio and the Scandal District) get busted by the Suits,
they end up here until bail is posted, charges are dropped
or their time is served.

Neighboring Streets:
Hell Street

Surrounding Areas
↑ North to: Dragontown
↓ South to: Tintown and Dogtown
→ East to: Riverside
← West to: Parkside & Letterville
