BANSHEE LANE SHELTER
Primarily a rehab and shelter for recovering Mad Water
addicts (humans and halfies by default), this shelter will
let the occasional non-addict runaway crash for a night
and a meal.
SOHO WOMYN'S SHELTER
Located on Lower Down and housed out of a former
elementary school, the Soho Womyn's shelter is open
to females of all races as well as their children.
EIGHTH STREET CAFE
Don't let the long menu fool you; all that's ever available
are the dinner specials and the owner speaks none of the
common Bordertown languages. All the food looks perfect,
but tastes odd. A sauce that's supposed to be tomato and
pepper will be sweet and sour, your chocolate pudding will
taste vaguely of salt and onion. For a cheap tastebud
adventure, this is the place to go.
Located on Ison Street, Chaz's is a decent Soho food joint
known for their tofu teriyaki and fiddleheads.
Located on Onion street, Some Bordertown natives might
remember BOS, the dive (and dear Mab we mean dive) bar.
The only thing good about it was the "secret" BBQ menu.
Well the folks behind the BBQ figured that out and started
their own business and for that, we are eternally grateful.
Located on the corner of Puck and Second Streets,
Godmom's is a casual and cozy dinner-type place, serving
food just like Momma made it. One of the best pizza and
cheesecake places in town. A free wish with every order
(results not guaranteed).
WHOLESALE CLOSEOUT OUTLET
Located on Bloated Fish Lane, this clothing warehouse
-turned-club is especially favored by morris dancers
and folk musicians. The Horn Dance of Mock Avenue
are frequent performers here.
CLUB KOOEYKOOEYKOOEY
Currently located on Troll Lane, this longstanding
club has a tendency to shut down and relocate
every now and then. Apparently frequent performers,
the Great Bear Cult's, rendition of "Waka Waka Stomp"
is to blame for the periodic destruction of the place.

MAGPIE PLACE
Located on Magpie Lane, this is the home of the
human group known as the Bards, all runaways
and escapees from the Oberon House of Ho Street.
The Bards trade stories and music for food and shelter.
