Bordertown's most prestigious and expensive district, dotted with elfin castles and human mansions. Most truebloods here are highborn aristocrats and well-connected. The district is home to the Dragon's Fire, the biggest, softest dumb poser gang you'll ever see. Even so, you can't deny that the folks on the Hill have stunning views of the city and the architecture is something else.

Basic Information
Prominent Ethnic Groups: humans, truebloods (highborn) [In Little Tooth: humans (Jamaican)]
Income Level: Exteremly High [In Little Tooth: Middle-Low]
Prominent Occupations: aristocrats, politicians, large business owners [In Little Tooth: industrial workers]
Local Gangs: Dragon's Fire

The Dragon's Fire are a poser gang of Hill brats (human,
elf and occasionally halfie and it's complicated) who spend
their parent's money on expensive bikes and fake facial
tattoos and ride through Soho on weekends, pretending
to be hot stuff. They usually scatter when real trouble starts
and aren't taken seriously by other gangs. They have no
true base, but meet at various houses of members.

Sandwiched between the Hill and the Border, Little Tooth
is a lively Jamacian neighborhood and industrial area with
an excellent street market. The folks here aren't as rich
or snobbish as the folks on the Hill proper (or even Gryphon
Park, for that matter) and they're a little crazy from being
backed up against the border, but you'll (usually) have a
good time in Little Tooth, regardless of social, economic
or racial standing.

Surrounding Areas
↑ North to: Elfland
↓ South to: The Suburbs
→ East to: The NeverNever
← West to: Gryphon Park

A fair-sized boarding house in Little Tooth that charges little to nothing, owned and operated by Yoroubi, a Kitsune with no small talent for healing magic, as well as traditional healing methods. The main room of the house has been converted, small cots lining the walls every five or ten feet, simple cots with decent sheets, always clean. In the far back is the showers, as well as the moderate sized kitchen, where Yoroubi can usually be found at mealtimes, getting help from the various residents. The only thing that Yoroubi asks of his residents is that they leave any and all drama at the door, and help out with keeping the place clean: doing laundry, dishes, helping cook the meals, that sort of thing.

The house itself, for those that know the marks, is marked as a Digger Sub-safehouse, not one of the main houses, but still run by a Digger nonetheless. Any attempts at breaking the rules will be met with extreme prejudice by Yoroubi himself.

A church in Little Tooth that's some form of Protestant or Orthodox(nobody seems to know for sure, you should ask the clergy) that is accepting of pretty much anyone regardless of race or abilities. Most of the music is more Gospel than traditional and the teachings are pretty liberal (no condemning of magic for example) and seem to focus on the loving side of God rather than the angry side, but they don't approve of gang violence.Much like a Safe House there is to be no fighting(though gang members are allowed but have to put up with a lot of nagging),no drugs, and no weapons, though due to the nature of Bordertown, there are a variety of weapons hidden behind a false door if need be.Occasionally, they'll find an abandoned infant or child and end up raising or adopting them out and lay people can crash here if necessary.
